UK Delivery

We offer two delivery options:

Standard Delivery (2-3 days) £5.99

Premium Delivery (1-2 days) £8

To qualify for a Premium delivery, orders must be made before 12pm Monday – Friday otherwise they will not be posted until the following working day. Our standard rates apply to delivery services to the UK.

Every now and again, something may go wrong.  If you have any problems with your order or the delivery process, please contact us via email at customercare@seaspray.co.uk.

International Delivery

All orders are shipped from the UK. Therefore, International customers are subject to local customs or import duties. We have no control over these charges and unfortunately can’t predict what they might be. These additional charges must be borne by you the customer. Your local customs office should be in touch once your order reaches them to let you know more details. In the meantime, we are happy to process orders for international shipping. We can advise shipping cost by email at customercare@seaspray.co.uk

Returns

If you need to return an item, please return it in the same condition it was received with all hygiene strips and labels attached. We will be unable to process returns of items without these for hygiene reasons, unless the item is faulty, and you may be required to pay postage to receive the item back.

Manufacturing faults within a 4 week period entitle you to a full refund. Any product that suffers from a manufacturing fault within 6 months will result in a repair or replacement.

Returns from the UK need to be sent back within 30 days of receipt. Please make sure to keep a proof of postage in order to make a claim if your parcel gets lost. We will always make allowances for disruption to postal services that may affect your return getting back to us. If you think your return may be late for any other reason, please contact us as soon as possible.

Once we receive and process your return, you will receive confirmation via email. If you do not receive an email within 10 working days, please contact us via email customercare@seaspray.co.uk.

Unfortunately, we do not offer an exchange process. If you would like a different item, please return the original and then place a new order.

These conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

Condition for orders over £100

If an order initially qualified for free delivery on purchases over £100, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund if an item is returned, and the remaining order total falls below £100. In such cases, a shipping fee of £5.99 will be applied.

For instance, let's say a customer purchases items totaling £120, qualifying for free shipping. If they return an item worth £30, bringing the total order amount to £90, the £5.99 shipping fee will be charged on the refund. So, if the refunded amount would have been £30, it will instead be £24.01 (£30 - £5.99).
